At The Fable & Forge, we want you to feel confident bringing our pieces into your home. We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
Returned with its original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation
Requested within 30 days of confirmed delivery

Do not send products back to the shipping address shown on the original package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Return locations may vary depending on the item.

Change of Mind Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including situations where the wrong size, colour, or item was ordered.

If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Furniture & Oversized Items

Because furniture and oversized products can be costly to return, we strongly recommend reviewing all product dimensions, specifications, and measurements before placing your order.

Return shipping costs for furniture and oversized items are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns and may be substantial.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
